SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched from North East England.

United Kingdom
UK delivery is a flat rate of £4.95, sent tracked. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.

International
International postage is quoted at cost on a per-order basis and a tracking number is provided. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Commission work
Commission pieces are dispatched once the work is complete and the balance has been paid. Painting timelines are estimated at the time of quoting and may vary with workload. Return postage and insurance, where applicable, are charged at cost.

Care in transit
All pieces are packed with care to protect paintwork and fine detail in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at vargrimcraftworks@gmail.com with photographs as soon as possible so we can put it right.
