Welcome to the Den

Vargrim Craftworks was built around a simple idea: miniature painting should feel personal, atmospheric and cinematic — not rushed through like a production line.

At the heart of the studio is the Emberwolf: the mark of Vargrim Craftworks. It represents patience, craft, solitude and transformation. Plain plastic and metal arrive at the Den, and leave as warriors, monsters, relics and armies with presence on the table.

The name Vargrim carries the same spirit: the independent maker in the Den, where bright studio lamps meet firelit atmosphere, and miniatures are turned into painted stories.

Around that fire gather the Vargrs — collectors, hobbyists, commanders and storytellers who follow the work, learn from the process, and watch each commission take shape.

The Den is the home studio where every Vargrim commission begins and ends. Each model is assessed, painted with care, photographed, and finished properly before it leaves the desk.

The work here is guided by three things: atmosphere, narrative, and care.

Whether it is a lone hero, a warband, a monster, or a full army, the aim is always the same: to give the miniature presence, character and a story worth noticing.
